Welcome to Room 275 where students grow and evolve in their education. Mrs.Kramer, our AIS teacher does an amazing job with guiding and helping students in their school subjects. In AIS students are helped with topics like English and Social Studies. Think of this class like extra help to allow students to succeed in their education.
As a senior, and a person who’s moved to a new school later on in my sophomore year, AIS has helped a lot. With having to catch up on school work I missed and learning new material I’ve missed out on, it was very difficult for me to work on these projects on my own.
In AIS we are given the opportunity to understand the lesson better and feel more comfortable with one- on-one teaching from Mrs. Kramer. If you believe you can use extra help with any of your classes, stop in the AIS room.
“Supporting students in AIS is different from a traditional classroom. It gives me the opportunity to work individually or in small groups with the students, ” says Mrs. Kramer.
This classroom is a big help for students in the 10th-12th grade as it’s not only a place for learning, but also viewed as a safe space for others. With Mrs. Kramer’s uplifting spirit and warm welcome to all the kids, it really helps the student feel okay with asking tricky questions.
For returning juniors and sophomores, the AIS room will be the room for a different teacher. Although our beloved AIS teacher will be leaving after the 2024 school year, the class will still be available for students to enjoy. With the amazing patience, love, support and motivation Mrs.Kramer provides us, it will all be missed.
“I will miss the closeness I have of being in a small classroom, working and setting with the students. I will also miss how much contact I have with the teachers. We advocate together for student success.” said Mrs. Kramer.
As we are counting down the days of the 2023-2024 school year coming to an end, we all have that one teacher we hold very close to our hearts, and are sad to say goodbye to. And for most of us, that teacher is Mrs. Kramer. Thank you for all of the care and love you’ve shown us as we aim for success.
