This semester one of our junior writers, Raymond Cyr, will bring his knowledge and passion of bowling along with creativity to Spartan Expressions. 

Ray loves to bowl and competes on the New Hartford Spartans bowling team. He has bowled three perfect games during his time on the bowling team. Not only does Ray bowl on the bowling team for the Spartans, but he spends most of his time trying to “perfect” his craft on the bowling lanes by practicing and competing in tournaments. Ray also likes to go to the gym in his free time and likes to hang out with friends too. When Ray is not busy doing that, you may be able to find him having a plate or bowl with some of his favorite foods like his dad's homemade red sauce with spaghetti, cheeseburgers, burritos, or pizza. 

Ray’s favorite sports teams are the New York Yankees, Minnesota Vikings, and his favorite PBA Tour bowlers are Kris Prather and Sean Rash.

Ray’s future plans are to go to college and bowl competitively. He wants to study business, so he can open a bowling business in the future.
